We are so excited to announce that our highly sought after Mommy + Me post natal program is returning to our in-studio offerings.
While we are restricted on how many momma’s we are able to welcome into our space, we will be offering this program digitally to allow for momma’s to join us from the comfort of their own home.

Registration for in-studio Mommy and Me will be capped at 8 participants to ensure that everyone has enough space to feel comfortable.
Babies must be under 8 months of age and/or not crawling in order to attend this class.
We recommend that you have spoken to your physician and have been cleared for exercise before restarting any new fitness routine. (You will likely discuss exercise with your Doctor at your 6-week postpartum check up.)
Modficaitons will be given to all participants throughout the class and intensity of the program will increase slightly week to week as we progress as a group.
Life happens and babies need changing, feeding or just a moment to reset. The small studio b room will be available to you before and after class. We kindly request that you sanitize any area that you and your baby used while in our studio space.
Registration for the online Mommy and Me will be capped at 15 participants. If you would like to use this option, please email us any questions and or modifications one week prior to the start of our session so that we can set you up for success.
We're excited to have mom's and babes back in our studio. This class is often the highlight of our week.
Registration for our Mommy + Me in-studio & digital classes will open on Thursday, September 17th at 9am. With space being limited and the spots as coveted as they are, be sure to set your alarm to guarantee your spot.
