At Barre Body Studio, we offer a variety of class types to challange and move your body. Our highly trained, professional instructors will guide you through a well planned workout. Our instructors offer effective and safe modifications to suit all fitness levels and will provide options to up the intensity of your workout when you are ready.

BARRE BASED CLASSES

BARRE PRESS

Pressed for time? Squeeze in our 50-minute version of Barre Body Fit for a faster hit of feel good endorphins leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day and finish strong.

STRENGTH + SWEAT

Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week to bring you a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. In this class you'll combine light hand weights with exercises that target several muscles group to get your heart pumping, sweat pouring, muscles building and calories burning. All fitness levels welcome.

ASS + ABS + ARMS

Ass + Arms + Abs is full body bAAArre class with extra focus on strengthening you core, sculpting your booty and toning your arms! This jam packed 50-minutes will follow the regular BBF format with an extra emphasis on AAA. This class will keep the heart rate lifted and is suitable for all fitness levels.

BARRE BODY FIT

The original classic one hour workout to tone and challenge all fitness levels. Target every area of your body through a series of strategic exercises focussing on strength and flexibility incorporating the ballet barre. Starting with a warm-up, followed by an arm series, exercises at the barre, a floor segment of mat exercises and cardio bursts incorporated throughout. Cool down at the end of each class and celebrate a solid hour of tough love.

BODY BY BARRE

Our no-BS barre class. We know that the highlight of a barre class is the actual barre work. Body by Barre strips away the extras to focus more work at the barre. No cardio, no weights, less on the floor, longer at the barre and a slightly longer stretch. Give this class a try and you’ll find that it differs from our other classes, yet you are sure to feel the burn. This class is perfect for all levels, but beginners will definitely want to try it as there is more time to breakdown the postures and movements.

BARRE + CORE + STRETCH

Skip the cardio and spend equal parts at the barre warming up and working on arms, time on the floor targeting all areas of the body with an emphasis on the core, and finishing the trifecta with 20 minutes to stretch out those hard working muscles.

BARRE.SO.HARD.

Barre.So.Hard is our signature Barre Body Fit class turned up! Step up to this advanced class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout. We encourage you to try a couple Barre Body Fit classes before raising the barre and jumping into a Barre SO Hard class.

BANGIN’ BACKSIDE

Come to this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. We run through the regular Barre Body Fit class format you know and love with an extra emphasis on sculpting your seat, toning your hamstrings and strengthening your back. All fitness levels welcome.

MAT BASED CLASSES

RISE UP

RISE UP is a signature BBS class designed to elevate your heart rate, lift your spirit and cleanse your soul. Throughout the class, instructors bring you back to the present moment, diving deep into a full body workout guaranteed to leave you energized. It’s time to RISE UP.

CORE + TONE

Focusing on your core, strength and toning, this class is designed to target all areas of the body with an emphasis on core work and centre-led movement. Skip the barre in this class and get ready to spend more time working in the middle of the room and on the floor with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated.
