The Barre Body October Challenge runs form October 1st to October 28th, 2021 and we can’t wait to move with you.
This is 28 day challenge is intended to break up your routine, encourage you to move and push comfort zones. BUT that doesn’t mean you NEED to take class everyday. Set your own goal and stick to it. We definitely suggest choosing something outside of your comfort zone yet be realistic with your time and commitment. We’ve got something for everyone with workouts ranging in class style, length and intensity within the On Demand platform.
Choosing what class to take can sometimes be the hardest part of the day. Can anyone relate? We get it. Too many choices is draining.
Which is why we narrowed the options.

The Master Plan: Make it stress free and purchase the October Challenge: Master Plan. You’ll receive a 30 day All Access Pass to a private library of previously recorded (unreleased) classes. The Fitness Enthusiast: We’ve hand picked our favourite class styles, lengths and combos for you to take each day of the challenge. All levels are welcome. Access the October Fitness Enthusiast Challenge here. We’ve made it easy. All you’ll need to do is print the calendar (here's a copy) and follow along in the Fitness Enthusiast weekly library. We’ll send you weekly emails to keep you motivated and moving. Commit to the challenge and we promise you’ll end stronger and more energized than when you started. *Must be subscribed to BBS On Demand.
The Self-Starter: Print a blank calendar (we’ve made one for you here), pre-schedule your workouts on the days and times that work for you, choose your favourite class styles, or take a livestream class, track your progress and commit to the full four weeks. You’ve got this!
Need extra motivation?
We've scheduled a few in-person classes at Barre Body Studio, Ramsay plus a few outdoor meet ups at McHugh Bluff. These are open to October Challengers. We'll send those that are signed up more info soon.
Looking for nutritional support? Sign up for the challenge. We've got great suggestions and different options for those looking to change up their lifestyle. All it takes is one small tweak at a time. We'll send more information on these offerings to challengers.
