Barre for Beards, our annual November charity classes are BACK! Join us every Tuesday throughout November from 7-8pm for an in-studio or at-home sweat sesh in support of a great cause.
Barre for Beards is a fantastic way to show the favourite men in our life what it REALLY means to workout and NOW we are offering you the chance to sweat in-studio OR from the comfort of your own home.
Cost:
$20/per person donation for a coveted in-studio spot
~ OR ~
$20-family donation for you to join the Barre for Beards digital live stream from the comfort of your own home.
All proceeds from Barre for Beards classes will be donated to the Alberta Prostate Cancer Institute to benefit prostate cancer research.
Barre is great cross training for legs, glutes, and core. Tell your fella that a barre class is a great way to get in shape for snow sport season. Invite your dad, spouse, brother, and guy friends to join you for this super fun class.
We promise to bring the burn and have a blast for a great cause.
