  • Please bring and wear your mask for entering/exiting the studio and for use in close spaces such as the locker room when using the restroom.

  • New clients - Kindly arrive at least 10-min prior to start of class.

  • Doors will be locked during class times and will not open until 15-min prior to start of class to avoid gathering in the lobby.

  • If it feels right for you, wear a mask when entering/exiting the studio as social distancing at entry points could be challenging

  • Sanitize your hands when you enter the studio

  • Physical barriers have been installed at our front desk to protect both our team and our Tribe. Please respect each others personal space and allow our team to assist you with any retail purchases such as grip socks.

  • Please remove your shoes at the front entrance

  • Leave all of your belongings locked in your vehicle where possible.

  • Enter the studio and select an unoccupied spot / pod

  • Spots / pods will be available on a first come basis and spot selection at reception is not available at this time

  • Spots / pods will be stocked with the equipment that you need for the class. If you have elected to bring your own equipment, your instructor will remove the BBS equipment for you.

  • Please take several disinfectant wipes and thoroughly wipe down your equipment before class

  • All spots/pods will be set up to guarantee a min of 3-meters distance between yourself, other participants and your instructor on all sides (2-meters for non-cardio classes such as Barre+Core+Stretch and Body by Barre)

  • If you elect to change your clothing on location, we ask that you use the communal locker room and do not monetize one of only two restrooms in the facility.

  • Commercial grade disinfectant approved by Health Canada, with 24-hour protection, will be used throughout the entire studio including all equipment, bathrooms and high touch surfaces.

  • All equipment set up within your spot/pod has been cleaned twice by staff following each class and we encourage that you clean the equipment prior to use.

  • Staff will be trained on new cleaning and disinfecting procedures for each area of the studio which include

    • disinfecting high touch surfaces every 30-min (i.e. before, during and post class)

    • recleaning all equipment following every class

    • washing floors including in studio floors between each class

    • disinfecting ‘barres’ before and after each class

  • You are not required or encouraged to wear a mask while working out. It will impact your ability to breath during cardio vascular activity.

  • Our instructors are not required to wear masks while instructing and will have their own 3-meter spot/pod just like each participant. 2-meter spot/pod for non-cardio classes.

  • Instructors will offer verbal cues vs hands on adjustments only.

  • If you are feeling unwell at any time, promptly exit the class, proceed home and use the AHS online self-assessment tool to determine if testing is needed.

  •  Please disinfectant and clean all of your equipment (including the barre) within your spot/pod.

  • You will be asked to leave all equipment within your spot/pod to minimize touch points and allow for a timely exit of the studio. We are required to lock our studio doors 10-minutes post class and limit gatherings. We hope these restrictions lift quickly. We love visiting with you.

  • Please sanitize your hands upon exiting.

  • All in-studio memberships will remain on hold until requested by the member
