Mommy & Me DIGITAL LIVE STREAM

Our 6-week (6-class) registered program commences Wednesday, November 11, 2020 and we are offering both in-studio and digital enrolment options.

Digital $60 + gst

Our highly sought after Mommy & Me program is a post-natal barre class designed to give new moms a dynamic barre workout with their babies safely nestled into their own carriers (carriers are not provided)

Momma’s should be 6-weeks post partum and have received approval from their doctor to resume physical activity.

Babies should be a min. of 6-weeks of age up-to 8-months old or not yet crawling.

Class will be held weekly on Wednesdays from 125pm - 215pm starting Wednesday, November 11th until Wednesday, December 16th 2020.

Our small studio B room will be available for moms who need a place to nurse or change baby before/after classes. We kindly ask that you assist us by wiping down the areas that you and baby use during your time in our space. Momma’s are required to were mask in all common areas and can only be removed when class is in session.

With capacity restrictions, our in-studio Mommy + Me classes will be limited to 9 in-studio participants only. Drop in’s will not be permitted.

Half the fun of Mommy and Me classes are connecting with other moms and babies however, we get that joining from home may be the best option for you right now which is why we have a digital option available.
